After my post Burn the Candle, here’s my list of ways I’m planning to take care of myself this week. A lot of them are babysteps…but I know that if I start this journey out at a sprint, I will probably fail.

- Eat breakfast, lunch and dinner each day.
- Drink 4 cups (32 oz) of water each day.
- Read something I enjoy for 15 minutes each day.
- Hit 6500 steps on my FitBit 5days this week.
- Color my hair…those gray ‘sparkles’ need to go!
- Tweeze/wax my eyebrows
- Post to the blog on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
